A Special General Meeting is planned condominium :

82 Boulevard de l'Hôpital Paris 13e .
It concerns the decision to transfer the mandate as trustee for Mr. clot within a new structure, OUSTAL Management, in agreement with Mr. Vernon Chief of Staff Terroir .
One or two details:
- Mr. Vernon will attend the General Assembly.
- The cabinet of the new structure, Oustal Management, will be located at
70 rue Cambronne, Paris 15e (direct metro to our building) .
If you can not attend, do you represent in giving your power and instructed to vote in the person of your choice.
