We passed under the management of the company OUSTAL Management, headed by Mr. Clothier.
At the AGM on 2 November, Mr Clothier said certain points in the trustee agreement that was submitted to us, especially :
- 2 monthly visits to the Manager, one in the morning, the other evening
- a response time limit for phone calls, the letters and emails coming to office,
- possibility by 3 months to consult his personal expense account and pay the expenses by secure online access (optional)
- limiting the increase in trustee fees at the rate of inflation, no increase in 2011,
- establishment of No call in an emergency or disaster, with penalty intervention available from 1 / 01 / 2011, including Sat and Sun, for members of the union council with no dedicated and a PIN - Guaranteed 4 Hour troubleshooting, free service.
